Cant import music to my itunes - You dont have enough access privileges for this operation

Ok I have MacBook Pro have after adding a folder of music to my itunes library, I tried to add a 2nd on and 6 of 40 tracks added then I got the error

"Attempting to copy to the disk Macintosh HD failed. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation."

I am running

iTunes 10.6.1 (7)

Mac OS X Version 10.7.3

I have tried

• The Disc Utility Fix https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1612178?answerId=7623410022#7623410022&messageID=7623410#7623410
• Resetting the permissions for both the receiving folder (Music) and the sending folder from my desk top
• Tried adding the files one at a time

No change, please can anyone help????
