I just updated iTunes on my Macbook Pro and now the mirror icon doesnt appear for Apple TV. I can't mirror from the phone, the iPad or the Macbook now. Also the computer says iTunes Match is off but when I try to turn it on, it asks me to add the computer, then it says it is already added. I can't get it to turn on. It all worked great before the update.

You've got something else going on because and iTunes update won't affect an iPad or an iPhone. Are you sure all the devices are on the same wireless network?

On the iDevices, have you double-checked that home sharing is still enabled?
SORRY I ONLY USE CAPS (FOR MY EYES)THAT WAS MY WIFE TYPING BEFORE ME.
I WENT TO THE APPLE STORE APR 2 AND WAS TOLD ID HAVE TO RETURN WITH THE APPLE TV BLACK BOX ON ON THE 4 TH. HAVING 3 iDEVICES THERE WASENT ENOUGH. BUT TODAY I'VE FOUND THE MIRROR ICONS NOW? THEY APPEARED!! DON'T NO WHY??? PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE SOLVED, SO LET'S MOVE ON AND MANY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
