Can the $15 refund only be given to the people who bought the iPhone in the 2010 time period?

I bought my iPhone in 2011, so does that mean I can't get it since the deal was in 2010?

You can find the relevant information here:

https://www.iphone4settlement.com/

Based on the information provided by this site you would be eligible, as long as you fit the following criteria:

"To be eligible for the cash payment, Class Members must have:

(a) experienced antenna or reception issues with their iPhone 4

(b) been unable to return their iPhone 4 without incurring any costs

(c) been unwilling to use a case or free bumper for their iPhone 4; and

(d) completed the troubleshooting steps on http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/calls/ or be unable to complete the troubleshooting steps because they no longer own their iPhone 4."

I assume you'll have to provide sufficient proof of those four requisites before you get your money.
