In excel you can group and ungroup columns or rows

Question

In excel you can group and ungroup columns or rows

How do you group and ungroup to hide coumns or rows in numbers. I know how to hide them and unhide them but the group function in excel is very usefull, and I can't seem to find this in numbers. any Ideas?

Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Graham,

Select the group, hover over the label area of one of the columns or rows, click the menu triangle and select Hide Columns (or Rows).
