Is it possible to install Siri on iPad 2?
If yes, is it possible to install Siri without jailbreaking the iPad?

That thread is three years old and in that time the iPad 2 has not and will never get Siri. It simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
Unfortunately no. The iPad 2 never had the necessary hardware.
