Convert .wmv and .asf to quicktime?

I'm getting more and more reference material at work as .wmv's or .asf's. Does anyone know of a reliable program that will run on mac to convert these to quicktimes?

Obviously free is better, but I might be able to get the bosses to stump up some cash if needs be.

Cheers,

Rich.
