when I open any window on my IMac I have get this icon in network window and i didn't know what's for , and i trying to open active monitor to force quit this process but it's back againe.
Please let me know Is it hacking or virous ... ?

It's probably neither, but we can't tell unless we see the screen shots, and and at this point I can't see them. Try re-posting screen shots using the camera button.
