Charging generates heat tht is not produced when charging isn't taking place, so higher temps during charging are normal.
Download and install iStat Pro, which will tell you the actual temperatures of many parts of your computer and also the speed at which its fan is spinning. Post back when you have that information.

Be aware also that if your machine approaches a temperature at which it could be harmed, it will shut down for its own protection.
thank you very much, i will download that iStat Pro now and post back when done.
What else are you doing when you are charging the system? My left side palm rest gets warmer when charging and or whenn doing some intensive work as all MBPs will draw power from the battery even if the AC adapter is plugged in whenn working the system hard.
ive installed it now, the HD temp is 38, CPU is 49 and the fan is running at 2000rpm, now i will start charging and post new temps.
im not doing anything on it thats why i was worried, i bought this macbookpro only in september and it doesnt seem right it gets so hot.
The temperatures you want to pay attention to are the battery, the battery charger input, and the palm rest. Those are the ones most affected by charging/not charging. The hard drive will always be among the lowest temps in the machine, and the CPU is not significantly involved in charging.
Right now my MBP is basically doning nothing, I am typing this from my Win PC desktop and my MBP is sitting on my desk. A short time ago I did an iPhoto import to look for a specific Icon so it imported thousands of stuff from the Sys Library, Library and User Library folders. At that time the whole system reached nearly 200°F with the fans running at full speed, 6000RPMs.
The left palm rest is still warm to the touch and my charge reads 99% and says it is plugged in.
What you are seeing is basically normal.
i see no temperatures for the battery, only health, cycles and charge. on the temp list there are no such lists?

Different Mac models have temp sensors in different places. Mine has four sensors for battery temperature, one for the charger input and one for the palm rest. If yours has none of those, you'll have to compare all the sensor readouts for your machine and see which ones change the most when charging begins, then post both sets of readouts for those sensors.
Wait five minutes after starting charging to let the temperatures stabilize, and make sure the machine is completely idle — no apps running — when you take both sets of readings.
before charging:
HD - 38 DEGREES
CPU - 49 DEGREES
ENCLOSURE BASE - 35 DEGREES
ENCLOSURE BASE 2 - 35 DEGREES
ENCLOSURE BASE 3 - 32 DEGREES
HEATSINK B - 40 DEGREES
MEM BANK A1 - 40 DEGREES
MEM MODULE A1 - 49 DEGREES
when charging:
HD - 36 DEGREES
CPU - 51 DEGREES
ENCLOSURE BASE - 33 DEGREES
ENCLOSURE BASE 2 - 33 DEGREES
ENCLOSURE BASE 3 - 32 DEGREES
HEATSINK B - 40 DEGREES
MEM BANK A1 - 40 DEGREES
MEM MODULE A1 - 49 DEGREES
look at the reading its hardly changed but earlier the bottom of my macbookpro was so hot.
Then clearly the heat had little or nothing to do with charging, or else your battery was already fully charged when you recorded the second set of temperatures in your post above. When the battery is fully charged, no further charging takes place until the charge level falls below 93%, even if the charger is connected to the computer and plugged into a wall outlet.
None of the temperatures you've noted above is any cause for concern at all.
