I created a second Apple ID for my iPhone because I couldn't remember the one that I create for the macbook one, but I have remember it, so how can I cancel one and just have one, because I think that if I buy music with one I can´t have it in the other
You cannot cancel or delete either, but you can just stop using either one. Anything you already purchased with the newer one can only be updated or re-downloaded using that AppleID - purchases are tied to the AppleID logged in with at the time of purchasing.
You can log in and out of the store with any number of AppleIDs though. So just log out with the newer one and go back to logging in with and using the older one. Do not forget the password for the newer one though, as you will need that to update anything you've already purchased with it.
P.S. to log out, just open the store app, scroll to the bottom where the account shows, then log out, log in with the alternate AppleID and shop away.

Have you gone through and set up iMessage on your iPhone with that AppleID? Is that email listed under your list of receive at addresses in the messaging settings panel?
When you first set up messaging on an iPhone, you use an AppleID to create and verify the iMessage account. It should then take the cell phone number from your phone's settings and associate that number with your AppleID. It should also associate the primary email address for that AppleID as well, but it may not have put that address into your receive at list (I don't recall that it does by default). So your iMessage may be set up to ONLY receive if sent to your phone number - that is, you may not have the email listed as a valid address to receive at.
