How do I silence alerts and alarms while talking on the phone? It's rather bothersome (and sometimes uncomfortable) for an alert or alarm to go off right in the ear while talking on the phone. 😟

Silent switch is the only way, its on the side of the phone by the volume buttons. Annoying, but less annoying then beeping in your ear.

Hmmm. I see a software design flaw....
When the alarm goes off and I am already on a call, I can't do anything at all, because the screen locks up.

The mute switch doesn't silence alarms.
