PowerMac G3 Won't Turn On

Recently, I was using my powermac (About 1-2 weeks ago) and I went on vacation. I came back and it won't turn on. Everything's plugged in, and the power buttons and lights on the mobo light up. I can hear the HD spin up, and begin to read. But, I don't get any video. I've read that it could be the battery and so i replaced it, but it still won't turn on. I've reset the CUDA, installed different RAM, took out expansion cards, but it still won't turn on. Also, when I press the power button it immediately shuts off, which it never used to do. I usually have to wait at least 3-4 seconds of holding it down. Any help would be greatly appriciated!

Remove the graphics card from the PCI slot and inspect for discoloration along the gold-plated contacts. If there is any, gently clean the contacts with a soft white eraser, blow off any rubber shavings, and reinstall the card. Also, the memory controller doesn't support high-density RAM, so a compatible 256 MB PC-100 or PC-133 SDRAM DIMM must have 16 chips on the card (8 on each side). A compatible 128 MB DIMM must have 8 or 16 chips on the card, but can't have only 4. Additionally, ECC, Registered, and parity memory aren't supported.
