Not from the ipod. If you have Netflix or other similar apps, you can watch your content on the ipod.
Jailbreaking is hacking hte ipods software, which violates the software license agreement, voids the warranty, and gets no support from Apple or this forum.

The problem is you are asking multiple questions all in the same thread. People lose focus and you never get satisfaction on all the questions.
In the future, I would suggest only putting 1 question per thread. That way the thread is less like to ignore some of your questions.
Please give an example of what you are trying download? For example is it an App? Is it a song? Is it a TV show? Is it a Movie? The more details the more likely someone will be able to offer useful suggestions.
