I want to Uninstall Final Cut X from an old IMAC and then Install it on a new Mac Pro but I also do not want to use any more of my Licenses. How do I Uninstall?

I purchased Final Cut X which has I think Three Licenses I can use on three machines. I have used one on a Mac Pro and the other on an Old IMAC.

Both systems have Lion OS. I would like to Uninstall the Final Cut X from my IMAC and Install it to my new MacBook Pro without using any more Licenses up because I need the 3rd License for another Laptop. Is there a correct way to do this? How do I do this?

Thank you.

Actually, it's 10 "devices", 5 of those can be "Mac computers", so you can run on 5 Macs that are on the same iTunes account. The authorization is in the Store menu inside of iTunes. You don't license FCP X, you simply authorize Mac's for that specific iTuens/App Store account.
