Trying to download Lowes virtual designer

Kayla, download and install the Firefox web browser first.

Then start Firefox and go back to the Lowes designer page, download and install the plug in required, quit and restart firefox and go back to the Virtual Room Designer and it will work. Just doesn't seem to work with Safari.

Lowes virtual room is pretty cool. I want you to know that you're responsible for me designing and getting ready to remodel my kitchen!

It is! Honestly I never even gave it a thought till I started playing around, now I'm knocking out a wall and shopping for new cabinets, counters and flooring! Funy how things happen that way. Since you marked your question solved (thanx) I hope you got it working on your end.

hi, i still have the same problem. i have installed quit and start again and the page back the same download. what can i do?

hi, I am having this problem as well. I followed your directions, and it will now attempt to load, but it just hangs at "designer is loading, please wait". I run OSX 10.8.3. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm also having the same issue. I've added the plug-in to the Internet Plug-ins folder and restarted FF and yet, still prompted to download/install plug-in. I'm in a loop.
