iSync is not available for download from Apple. It is not included in Mac OS X 10.7 Lion as the frameworks it depends on to work are deprecated.

You can extract it from a Snow Leopard Install DVD using Pacifist, or copy it from a computer running Snow Leopard.

Although currently iSync v3.1.2 from Snow Leopard works (mostly) in Lion, it won't work if iCloud is active, and will cease working altogether in a future OS X update.
