In garage band you can find loops or stand-alone songs. (I guess you can use these songs as a loop, but they are created songs, not just loops).

As I interpret the copyright note, that extends to all GB material. Personally, I wouldn't use them though - there's far more people than you think who know these tunes by now and will think "ah, GarageBand."
