anybody have new Ipad/3 Wifi+4g working with other sim international?

I would like to know if anybody got the new ipad either att or verizon working with an 3g network outside the usa(with local carrier sim, no att roaming)

I'm having huge problems were 3g doesn't work(were it works on ipad2), other sim no service and in ipad2 it works.

i really supect the ipad att(at least) being lock in some unknow way.
