iPad Calendar not synching with iCal

My Calendar on my iPad is not synching with my iCal on my iMac, but it is synching the other way around. Why is my iPad not pulling in my iCal entries from my iMac?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I think this has to do with the fact that iCal will sync with iCloud and in turn, iCloud will sync to your iPad depending on your Acct/mail/calendar settings.

Should sync both ways. Check to make sure all events entered under an iCloud calendar and that settings are set to sync all events with iCloud on both devices.
