Why my iphone 4s does not send messages using the iMessage to another iphone? What's the problem?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

Did you check if iMessage is activated in Settings, and that the option to send as normal text is deactivated?

Is the other phone registered for iMessage as well?

I did all things which I can do) Correct, all phones registrated for iMessage
