Private iTunes U courses showing up in the same course in the iOS iTunes U app

Hello Community,

We have a private iTunes U site with courses in it. With the rollout of the iTunes U app we've noticed that when someone downloads files from multiple courses in the site, that they are being merged into single course within the iTunes U app on the iPad/iPhone. Prior to the rollout of the App we weren't seeing this behavior, and if you subscribe/download from iTunes on a Mac the course materials get downloaded to their appropriate collections.

Thoughts?
