I lost all the data in my outlook 2007 contact.
I have all of them on my iphone.
How can I use itunes to sync the iphone contacts to outlook 2007 and not the other way around to make sure data on my phone will not be deleted?

Connect your Device to Computer. Select your iPhone under "Devices" on the left Pane. On the right Pane, select INFO tab. Scroll down to make sure SYNC Contact box is checked and select Outlook. Then click the SYNC/APPLY button on the lower right Window.
SYNC is both ways.
