Sync iphone contacts to outlook 2007 and not the other way around

I lost all the data in my outlook 2007 contact.

I have all of them on my iphone.

How can I use itunes to sync the iphone contacts to outlook 2007 and not the other way around to make sure data on my phone will not be deleted?
