apps wont open just flash then close

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.

Try those.

Done ! And the issue still persist. The only way to solve it is installing an App.😕

Same problem on my IPad2...recent.

The idea of downloading any new free App is a work around - not a solution.

There has to be an underlying bug here...

My point was that an OS upgrade should not mess with those security settings. The Apple recommended solution is still just work around for a glitch, in my opinion.

I downloaded a fresh new free app and it did not help my case...unfortunately.

Try downloading any free app (you can delete it later).

From your iPhone, try downloading any free app to resync your iTunes account.

I have the same issue, and it happens at least 3 or 4 times a week. It is solves deleting or installing an App. But it must not be a regular solution. Must be anything else!!!

It is the Apple recommended solution. Sometimes an upgrade messes up the app security permissions. Downloading a new app or an upgrade to an old one will reset them.
