How do I change the name of my movies in Apple TV from Unknown Genre
I assume I would change it in iTunes? When I go to Computers on Apple TV, I get Music, Movies etc., but my
movies are listed under "Unknown Genre"

Not sure if you're on PC or Mac but right click on a movie and choose 'Get Info' which should give a tabbed metadata and proprerties view - one of the tabs will allow you to alter genre or add a custom one of your own.
