apple tv not mirroring properly. photos on photo stream will not zoom on tv

went to apple shop and they could not figure out what the problem was. they go its an issue apple need to fix? apple tv is the new 3rd generation one

ive tried every single troubleshoot. even took my apple (3rd gen) to the apple shop and set it up there and they could not figure out why it was not working. photos would not zoom in on 4s or the new ipad
