I own an iPod Classic and want to buy another one. How do you sync two ipods with the same itunes?

There is no limit to the number of iPads, iPhones, or iPods you can sync with one computer, iTunes library, or account. The sync settings of one device does not affect any other devices. See here for the different ways you can manage multiple iPods with one computer.
