ERROR: Unable to Purchase

The attached error pops out randomly whenever I'm asked to enter my password to either update apps, or purchase apps (free or paid).

I tap OK, then I enter my password, and everything continues as normal.


I don't get the error all the time; just randomly on my iPhone 4S.

This does not happen on my iPad.


Sometimes after I enter my password and continues to download the app I purchased (or update), some random apps that I didn't select to download start downloading, then they disappear.


Anybody got an idea?

    Hi Elijah ...



    Try "resetting" ...


    Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo


    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings


    No data or content will be lost as a result of a reset.

    I have the same error, and I found many user complained without any official response!!
