1.I want to enroll as an individual, however the system asks me to complete my Apple ID information by giving a Company/Organization name. Since I'm not part of one, should I just make one up or what? It won't let me past that screen until I give it one.
2.Since I don't possess a credit card, can the program license be purchased with a debit card instead? I'm from Mexico BTW.
You can just put n/a (not applicable).
However, I don't remember that as a requirement for an individual account. I could be mistaken.

As In Individual, make up whatever you like for that entry (OSCAM Apps?), but be prepared for others to see it...
