Apple In-ear Headphones Left side Crackling Noise Full Volume

I just bought Apple's In-ear Headphones.

I play music at full volume.

i am hearing a crackling noise in the left side of the earphones.

it goes when i reduce the volume and it is only there on the left side

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1
