INSTALLATION FAILED: SOFTWARE BUNDLE

I just reformatted my mac book pro that originally came with snow leopard. I upgraded but i wanted to downgrade to snow leopard that's why i reformatted it. i reinstall the os using the disc that came with it. I CANNOT INSTALL SOFTWARE BUNDLE. I EVEN REREGISTER MY MACBOOK SEVERAL TIMES. What should I do to reinstall the software bundle? What about reregistering my mbp several times, will it forfeit the original info and other stuff the first time i bought my mbp?
