Manual entry of contacts missing after 24hrs, Manual entry of contacts missing after 24hrs

My contacts are sync with multiple email accounts. when contacts are added manually in ipad, these contacts are missing after 24hrs. Unable to find the contacts stored in ipad after 24hrs. Your suggestion / help is appreciated.
