Q: Why does my MacBook Pro have a blank screen?
Out of nowhere, after working hard on producing various things, My Mac (A 2007 17' Non-Uni Body Model) does not display anything on its screen. I've tried all the things that were mentioned. The lights on the keyboard work, and that's about it. I can also hear the volume bar's noises as I press the key for it. So like many people have complained about, Yes, my computer itself seems to be functioning well (Other than not being able to see the screen!). It's tough because if I try to shut it down...it's very abrupt. It's closest to the sound of Sleep Mode but it was a little faint. If I try to start the computer, I run into even more trouble. There is nothing on the screen at all. But thankfully, after hours of work and research, my final plan is to bring it to the Geniuses. Since my laptop fits the description of Apple's current services for the item/problem, I have this oppotunitiy. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2377 . I hope that when I see them today, they will work things out as they should. Any tips, ideas, etc. are appreciated. I will also keep up to date on the matter.
