Where is Klopfgeist and missing bass sounds?

I am new to Logic, downloaded it last week, but mostly it is working GREAT! I can't seem to find Klopfgeist Shouldn't it be listed under Logic Instruments in the library? It isn't there. When I look at one of the compose templates, its there, but when I try to set up my own Klopfgeist track I can't find it. Also.. the Motown Bass and the Stinger Bass are nowhere to be found. How can I get these sounds? I have searched for them in spotlight and Find and they don't seem to be on my computer though I downloaded all the jam packs when I got Logic last week. Everything else seems to be there. Thanks!
