Will apple accept a damaged jailbroken ipod? And also, what if you bought an ipod touch a few years ago. Can you turn it in to get a new/refurbrished one for no charge?

Jailbreaking very very likely voids the warranty. The standard warrranty is for one year and the extended one adds another year.
If the by damage you mean by dropped, that is not covered by the warranty. The warranry covers defects in the iPod, not accidental damage.
Warranties on most any product do not cover damage. The ipod is no different.
Jailbreaking voids the warranty. If it is jailbroken, then there is no warranty. It is void.

Of course not. Why would you be able to do such a thing?
You can bring in an old ipod and get 10% off of a new one.
So if I go to an apple store, can I get it repaired if I pay?
Maybe.
As it is jailbroken, they may very well do nothing for you.
All you can do is try:
Apple - Support - iPod - Repair pricing
Jailbreaking is a bad idea. Your warranty is voided.
They will likely exchange it for a refurbished one for:
Apple - Support - iPod - Repair pricing
For more info see:
Do they still honor that for jailbroken devices? I thought that made it ineligible for OOW replacements.
Wait, so I can exchange it for a refurbished one?
If the iPod does not work, how will they know it is jailbroken?

As you have been told several times, take it in and see.
No one here can tell you what they will do.
AHHHHH.....so does this mean I can exchange it for a refurbished one?
Well the OP said "damaged;" whether that means it won't turn on or not, I don't know.
OP??? Can you please explain what that is?
"OP" means the original poster, which in this case is you, Aznswagg.
@stevejobsfan0123, Yes, it won't turn on because the screen is damaged. When it had a white screen, I could hear the "Slide to Unlock." But now, the screen is completely black and the touch screen does not work. So, it is basiclly useless because I can't hear nor touch anything.
