itunes crashing on startup 100% of time; help!

itunes worked fine until i downloaded 10.6.1 and then it stopped working entirely; i have tried all the fixes, new user account; uninstalling itunes, tried installing 10.5.3 but it still crashes on startup. starting in safe-mode and it still crashes.

im using windows 7 x64 sp1; please help me out i would love to acess my music files and update my ipod again its been weeks!
