Apr 7, 2012 6:44 AM in response to Rudegarby Col36,Hi Rudegar.
I have just contacted BT customer services who have "changed" my broadband channel and think this will solve the problem. I am sceptical but will give it 12 hrs to see if the problem goes away as they say it should!!
Thanks for the speedy reply.

Have checked my firmware which is up to date and have also disabled my firewall to check if it was creating problems but no change. BT channel change not helped yet but could take 12 hours to activate. Broadband works perfectly until I attempt to open any Apple TV application then it drops. Also I mistakenly quoted I have Home Hub 1 but I actually have HH2. Channel change might help but tbh I don't hold out much hope.

Have changed channels myself manually with some success but still drops out - is this likely to improve or is BT HH2 just not compatible or up to the job?
