email from apple support personnel
why is it so hard to find an email address to simply email apple support personnel and get an email back?

it keeps looping back around to the same page....i still cannot find any support email address
Apple's support options require you to go through its support channel, and not arbitrarily email someone at Apple and get a response. If Apple did that then the support would be chaotic and its quality would drop.
Apple has its "Express Lane," "Phone," and "Genius Bar" appointments that are the options for support. You can find links to them here: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/
i got that. but i am a soldier overseas and can only be contacted through email and it only gives me the option to call or be called. i have tried all of those links. it really shouldn't be this hard to get help.

You are welcome to ask about your problem here and get support from many people here who are many times more knowledgable and direct than Apple's official support options.
ok that sounds good thank you. do you know how i can get my url bar back? it disappeard. I accidently dragged it somehow and then it literally went "poof" from the grey area on the top of the window
If this is in Safari then right-click (or press control and click) the toolbar, and choose "Customize Toolbar" from the menu that appears. You can also choose this option from the "View" menu. When the panel of toolbar options appears, drag the URL field back to the toolbar and you should be good to go.
If you want the toolbar exactly as it's default, then you can drag the "Default set" from the bottom of this panel to the toolbar, and be good to go when you click "Done".
