Can managed users be allowed to create bookmarks within the approved sites?

I have a young child for which I have setup a managed acct using the most restrictive Internet content filter option. I have selected only those websites he can visit. One of the allowed sites is YouTube. Sometimes he wants to bookmark certain videos within the YouTube domain. Is this possible WITHOUT an administrator having to constantly authenticate / supply admin password? There is already a bookmark for YouTube.com but this doesn't let him go direct to certain desired videos such as, for example, 'club penguin walkthrough'.
