Can't delete the folder C:\Program Files\iPod

Im following this guide http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925 and i can't access the folder C:\Program Files\iPod i get an error telling me I have unsufficeient permissions, so i give myself full access, which lets me access the folder. I then try to delete the folder and i get error saying "You need permission to perform this action."

iTunes needs both your account (or everyone) and SYSTEM to have full access to the file and folders it works with. If for some reason Windows won't let you change permissions use an Administrator account and if necessary take ownership of the folder first. Once you are certain the parent folder has the correct permissions you can replace permissions on all child objects.
