Hi- I can't see my email contents.

First thing to try is to quit Mail and restart it.

Tap the Home button to exit Mail. Then double tap the Home button to show the recently used apps along the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on Mail until it wiggles. Then tap the minus sign on Mail to shut down Mail. Tap anywhere above the row of recently used apps to return to the Home screen. Restart Mail and see if you can see the contents of your mail.

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.
