iPod Shuffle 4 discharges fast (on full volume)

If I listen to music on full volume, after ~30 minutes iPod says 'battery low', and after ~10 minutes from this there are three beeps and iPod turns off. After resetting iPod (turn off and on) battery is 'full' again and things repeat again.

I guess what it is the Analog-to-Digital Converter trouble. Battery isn't really discharges, but it's really annoying because every 40 minutes I need to turn it on and off again.

Can I do something with this?

I have this problem too. I've been using a4tech MK-650 headset with my ipod shuffle 4. When I play it with max volume within 2-3hrs, the ipod says 'battery low' and after 5-6mins I can hear 3 beeps and it shuts down. When I turn it ON again, the battery goes back to 75%. The problem keeps on re-occuring if I used it in max volume.

Already sent my Ipod shuffle to iStore here in Ayala Center Cebu, Philippines. I hope they will replace it coz I just bought this stuff last May 12, 2012.

I just got one as a gift 3 days ago and this morning the voice over started with the "low battery" during the 2nd or 3rd song, 15 minutes later it shutdown; It was plugged in all night. And I run mine at full volume too.

Any current info on this? I never want refurbs of someone else's junk, and this being a "RED" version with my initials I certainly don't want a refurb on this. Its only three days old...thats brand new in my book!
