My problem is this... For some unknown reason (that I'm still scratching my head about) I had to reinstall my iTunes account. Now I can't seem to transfer all of my music from my iPod to my iTunes library. iTunes is allowing me to "transfer purchases" to my library but not allowing me to do the same with what I've imported from CDs. Help?

You can only transfer purchases from the iTunes store in both directions, i.e. from iTunes to iPod and from iPod to iTunes. Music imported from CD's or downloaded from other sources can only be transferred in one direction, i.e. from iTunes to iPod and not in the reverse direction. To transfer all music from an iPod to your computer you will need third party software - google "transfer from ipod to itunes" to find some options.
