Calendar opens to yesterday, not to today
Calendar shows correct date on icon, but when first opened in default month view it highlights yesterday as being today.

I have 2 iPads, both iPad 2. Calendar on the first one works as I expect it to work. On the second one, It doesn't work until Calendar is opened a second time.
In response to AcrobatNZ, thank you for your replies. I don't follow what you are saying about the iCloud initial page. I can't change the Apple ID on the settings-iCloud page, that field is grayed. I did go into Settings-General-Dater&Time, turned off "Set Automatically," set location to Seattle, WA, USA, powered down and restarted. Then turned "Set Automatically" back on, which caused location to go back to Cupertino. Will have to see what happens tomorrow.
I also wonder if it makes a difference if Calendar is on the Multitasking Shelf. This problem is hard to trouble shoot because I only get 1 try each day, after which Calendar displays as it should. And why the difference between the 2 iPads?
Yeah same issue for me. I've just asked this too....maybe a bug. Nearly missed a payment on a bill I have due! aargh
I fixed the issue by editing my name on the icloud initial page. Changed the time from pacific to New Zealand. This appears to have solved the issue for me. Possibly could for you.
cheers
