Remove .mkeeper from time capsule?

Basically, my computer has recently been infected with the Macintosh/Java virus. Sophos anti-virus has now removed it, but it's reporting not being able to remove the back-up of the file in my time capsule backup. Could anyone provide me info on how to remove the file? Apparently it's at:

/Volumes/Time Machine Backups 1/Backups.backupdb/Matthew's MacBook Pro/2012-04-08-142924/Macintosh HD/Users/Matt/.mkeeper

Although I've gone through to my user file on this certain backup, I can't find ".mkeeper" anywhere...

Thanks
