I purchased a movie on my iPhone which crashes half way through. Is there a way I can get my money back from iTunes store?

If the film isn't working then you could try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history :
Hey, thanks! I have tried the report a problem- but as I am travelling and am on my iphone, i cannot go through itunes on a comp (most public ones wont allow it)
And for some reason when I click report a problem, it tells me the itunes store is not available (even though I am still able to make purchases etc).
So confused! I wish there was someone I could just contact!?
