A travel kit could do the trick too, but remember that an iMac consumes more power than a laptop or a tablet. Again, ask for advice...

You need a plug adaptor like this
or another power cord, like this
or like this
depending on which iMac you've got. I'd go for the cord. You should be able to find it in most computer stores in the US.
