how to compress a powerpoint with video on macbook air to email it
I have created a PowerPoint with photos, pdfs, and a short video. It is too large for me to email. How can I compress it so it can be sent?

Right click the file and choose Compress ...... If it's still too large then you will either need to post it to a FTP site, save it to a Public Dropbox folder (www.Dropbox.com) or burn it to a CD/DVD and mail it.
