My iphone woke me up at 3am because i heard the shutter sound and it was illuminated. I checked my pictures and it took a black photo. Anyone have their phone randomly take a photo when not in use?

This happened to me last night. I always lock my phone and place it face down on my bedside table when I go to bed. In the middle of the night the flash went off and woke me up. I thought it was lightening. I woke up a realized no way, so I thought maybe one of my kids had turned the flash function in for notifications. I picked my phone up and it was videoing! It also had one picture taken of my ceiling and the underside of my lamp. What is going on with me phone? Has it been hacked? I have the 6s plus . This is the photo that was taken
