Connect Dell E6320 to 24" Cinema Display

I've just bought a new Mac Mini and 27 inch Thunderbolt display to replace my MacBook and 24 inch Cinema display. Can I connect my 24 inch Cinema display to my "work" Dell Latitude E6320 using either the VGA connector port or the mini HDMI connector port?

LED Cinema Display (24-inch), Windows 7

If the computer can generate 1920 x 1200, you can use a Mini-HDMI to DVI adapter or cable and a DVI to Mini DisplayPort Converter
