    Hi ...

     

    Might be a Wi-Fi issue...

     

    Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

     

    Now restart the iPad.

     

    Restart your device: Hold the power button until "slide to power off" appears.  Slide to power off.  After it is off, press the power button to turn it back on.

    Go to Settings, General, Wifi, click on the blue arrow at the end of your chosen network, note down carefully the DNS number and replace it with 8.8.8.8 and see if you have any more success. Others have. If not, you can go back and replace it with the one you deleted.
